It's rather hard to see the stars in Las Vegas. You never really appreciate the natural surroundings until they are gone. I wish this place would turn off all the lights for just one night!

I had a splendid time in Douglas looking up at the stars with Mark Boyes, that guy knows how to show a girl a good night. I wish he was back on the island, if only just for one night!

I wonder if the speed of light really IS constant throughout the universe. According to Jim Lattis from the University of Wisconsin, there isn't any evidence of this as such, like the mass and charge of an electron at a given velocity. I would like this suggestion to be verified one way or the other.
The relativistic equations would still be valid but the value of c, like the value of v, would be variable.
The idea is that the acceleration would be proportional to the force - relative to the speed of light.
However absurd this may seem please note that relativity itself originally seemed absurd.

observation from peel on sunday 7th aug, moon staytioned above peel castle, to the right of it a shiney object, is this the space shuttle, further to the right of that directly above peel hill, low in the ssky a bright shining star, is this venus answers to those question wwould be gratfully appreciated.
